The State Duma Committee on Economic Policy recommended that the lower house of parliament adopt in the first reading a bill that provides for the extension of the experiment on labeling with federal special stamps (FSM) alcoholic beverages imported into the Russian Federation placed under the customs procedure of a customs warehouse until May 31, 2026.
